Relaxation – Feeling stressed and rundown or just want to relax? Then a relaxation massage is for you!
Combining therapeutic and relaxation techniques in a smooth and flowing rhythm, this massage will soothe and rejuvenate tired bodies and minds.

Deep Tissue – A firm massage designed to ease general muscle tension, stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow and promote detoxification. Deep tissue techniques such as trigger point therapy and myofacial release are used in this treatment.

Remedial – A deep tissue massage focusing on problem areas such as headaches, chronic back or neck pain, muscular dysfunction and sports or work injuries. Techniques used include trigger point therapy, cupping and muscle energy techniques.

Sports – This vigorous and stimulating massage concentrates on loosening tight and fatigued muscles and removing the build up of lactic acid trapped within the muscle tissue. Helping speed recovery time and reducing the risk of injury, this is an excellent treatment for sportspeople or those who are very active.

Pregnancy­ – A gentle treatment specifically designed to help alleviate aching legs and feet, lower back pain and fluid retention. *Please advise at time of booking.

Myofacial Cupping – Is used to increase circulation, expel toxins and release restrictions in the fascial system. Cupping is an extremely effective tool used in myofascial release and helps to restore motion and function to the body. It can be used as a stand alone therapy or in conjunction with traditional massage.

Note: Remedial massage treatments are claimable through all private health funds. 

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the allotted time will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of allotted time will require full payment.
